Refund policy

 

We operate a strict no-physical-returns policy. For environmental reasons, to reduce unnecessary shipping, and to avoid customs complications, all refunds are processed through our Destroy for Refund” method.


General Guidelines (All Customers)

  • Physical returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued without requiring the item to be shipped back.

  • In some cases, we may request photo or video evidence to confirm the issue.


Change of Mind / No Longer Want the Item

1) Product Not Liked
If you received your order and simply do not like or no longer want the product:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed through the Destroy for Refund procedure.

  • The product must be completely destroyed.

  • Clear photo or video evidence of destruction is required.

  • Once verified, the refund will be issued.

  • This applies to customers worldwide (excluding the EU).

2) Incorrect Variant Ordered
If the wrong variant (e.g., color or model) was ordered but the customer would have otherwise been satisfied:

  • Refunds are not available.

  • Free replacements will not be provided.

  • Customers may either:

    1. Keep the item, or

    2. Receive a discount code to purchase the correct variant.

This policy applies to non-EU customers only.
If the customer reports an “incorrect variant selected at checkout” but the delivered item matches the order confirmation, the request will be handled under the incorrect selection policy.

Note: Eligibility for refunds or the destroy-for-refund process is determined based on the first reason stated by the customer and cannot be changed after support has been initiated.


EU Customers (European Union)

EU customers enjoy a 14-day right of withdrawal:

  • Physical returns are not required.

  • Refunds are processed using the Destroy for Refund method.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Proof of destruction is required before the refund is issued.


Wrong or Defective Items

If your order is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Send a replacement at no cost.

Notes:

  • No destruction is required in these cases.

  • Photo or video evidence may be requested to verify the issue.


Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Minor cosmetic differences

  • Requests made outside the specified timeframes


Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized disputes may lead to account restrictions.
