Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement, for example by email.

All U.S. sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size/product selection, personal preference, or any other reason not required by applicable law.

The 14-day right of withdrawal described above does not apply to U.S. customers.

How to Return an Item

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, we will provide you with the return instructions and the applicable return address. (carbonfold@outlook.com)

The returned product must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please note that, depending on the product and the return location, international return shipping costs may be higher than the original shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Condition of Returned Products

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Products should therefore be returned in a condition that allows us to verify their condition. Where reasonably possible, please return the product with its original packaging and accessories.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost charged for the original shipment.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, we are not required to refund the additional cost.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and, in accordance with applicable consumer law, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an exception provided by applicable consumer law applies. This may include, for example, certain personalized or made-to-order products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken, and other products or services for which the law provides an exception.
